The challenge
Independent restaurants don’t have national-brand budgets, and most of their ad spend leaks: broad targeting, tired creative, no one watching the numbers week to week. Pintxo needed its marketing dollars to actually move people, to book tables and bring diners through the door.
What JADX did
Paid media and ad creative, run as one. We produced the banner sets and ran the campaigns against them, so the creative and the targeting were optimized together, not handed between a freelancer and a media buyer. Tight audiences, fresh banners, weekly optimization.
The campaigns are one piece of a Bedrock partnership: JADX also runs Pintxo’s monthly content engine — social posts, reels, and newsletters, produced bilingual — so the ads, the feed, and the inbox all speak one brand.
Why it matters
Booking a reservation for CA$4.70 and getting a diner to pull up directions for CA$3.20, backed by a 5.81% click-through rate at 18 cents a click, is the kind of efficiency most venue campaigns never see, and it came on a small, disciplined budget. Proof that you don’t need a big spend to drive real reservations and foot traffic. You need the creative and the media run by the same hands.
The sales followed
The efficiency reached the one number a restaurant actually feels. Across the campaign window, Pintxo’s monthly sales ran ahead of the same months the year before, and the gap widened month over month: April up 13.1%, May up 20.4%, and June up 23.5% year over year, its strongest month. That is the test we hold paid media to: not cheaper clicks for their own sake, but clicks that end up in the sales.
